The long wait is over! Foundation Training classes are about to resume this September at CrossFit 5885 (Apple Valley, MN)
There are two sessions to choose from:

Foundation Training is a safe and effective exercise program created to help you change the movement patterns that are hurting you. These simple, transformative exercises are designed to naturally heal back pain and improve posture and function in activities of daily living and athletics.
You will strengthen your posterior chain, anchor and decompress your spine and learn how to breath diaphragmatically. By learning to integrate these movements into your routine you will get more out of every movement you make.
There are 5 Early Bird Registration Spots available for each class so be sure to reserve yours quickly!
