From Egoscue to Oprah, Tony Robbins Walks the Talk

You might love him or hate him, but Tony Robbins is a force of nature!  Robbins is in the empowerment and life coaching buisness and helps people reach their personal goals!  

If you're subscriber to this blog or an Egoscue Method Postural Therapy fan, you well know that Tony Robbins is not only a huge supporter of The Egoscue Method, but HE also practices what he preaches.  That's right, Tony Robbins walks the talk!  And considering his line of business and the demanding workdays while conducting life coaching seminars, postural therapy aligns perfectly with his philosophy!

Robbins has been practicing The Egoscue Method for 20 plus years, and wrote an endorsementss of The Method.  In Pete Egoscue's book The Egoscue Method of Health Through Motion, he writes:


“Pete Egoscue offers you the opportunity to take control of your physical well-being for life.  Read this book, but more importantly, use it!”


And in Pain Free he writes, 

"This book is extraordinary, and I am thrilled to recommend it to anyone who's interested in dramatically increasing the quality of their physical health."  


A few weeks ago Oprah Winfrey attended a Tony Robbins event and featured it on OWN Network's, Oprah's Next Chapter.  To physically, mentally and emotionally keep his energy up for the 4 day, 50 hour marathon of training sessions, Robbins can be found preparing his body for the challenge.  You'll hear him talk about:

  • prayer
  • grounding himself with exercise to stay balanced
  • doing a routine of activity to keep his body awake and energized

At the 5:46 mark you'll see Tony doing the Egoscue E-cise Standing Arm Circles before going on stage.  

Gotta admit, it's fun to watch!  Beginning March 26th, 2012, at 10/9 CST, Breakthrough with Tony Robbins can be found on OWN Network.  The program will follow Tony as he sets out to inspire change by transforming lives.
