Minnesota Foundation Training enthusiasts, I have a favor to ask. I truly hope my readers and Foundation Training students will engage and participate.
I was first introduced to and began studying Foundation Training just over three years ago. For those of you new to the term, Foundation Training is a series of exercises, created by Dr. Eric Goodman, which are designed help you proactively address and alleviate chronic back pain, improve posture and enhance athletic ability. I was an immediate fan and early adopter. Foundation Training is a perfect compliment to the chronic pain relief modalities I offer here at Pain Free Posture MN. It fits in seamlessly with corrective exercise programming.
It's been over two years that I've been sharing and implementing the concepts of FT with my private clients and group classes, and 4 full months since taking the Instructor Certification and offering full blown FT group and private classes.
I've been blessed to impart such powerful and life changing information that is simple to do and has profound positive effects on those who have tried it. Foundation Training has brought about amazing pain relief testimonials, and I've been privileged to watch dramatic changes in my student's postural alignment and quality of life for my clients.
Ultimately, being able to empower and help another individual learn a simple yet profound series of exercises to relieve chronic pain is what motivates me to teach.
Testimonials are a tough thing to come by, and none of us works for accolades. We just want people to get better. So back to the favor.

Have you experienced class with one of our certified Foundation Training instructors? We have nearly 400 people in 17 countries respectfully sharing this work and from what I understand the results are mostly good. What has your experience been? What's it like learning Foundation exercises first hand? I'm quite curious about this. -eg
